What this page covers
Productize.life is run by an individual, not a company. These terms cover the whole of productize.life: blog articles, the services and learn pages, the public apps at /apps that anyone can open, and the areas you have to request access to.
deban 出番 at deban.productize.life is not covered here. It is a separate product with a different set of users and its own terms.
Accepting these terms
Opening this site, giving us an email, requesting access to a gated area, or using any app here means you accept the terms below. If there is something here you cannot accept, the clean answer is not to use that service.
Access and the email you give us
There are no passwords on this site and no sign-up form. What exists is these three things.
- An email you type in yourself, when you follow the blog, unlock content, or join a waiting list. Use a real one, because that is where we send things back.
- A request for access to a private area. Some apps sit behind a gate: you ask, and we approve. Approval is at our discretion, and we can withdraw it at any time.
- Signed cookies that remember what you have already unlocked. The detail is in the privacy policy.
Access granted to you is yours alone. Do not forward an unlocked link to anyone else: whoever holds that link gets in exactly as you would.
Each app can have its own terms
The apps here do different jobs, so some carry rules of their own, for example about the data they take in or the limits of what they can promise.
Where an app has its own terms, those win over this page on the points they actually address. On everything else, this page still applies.
What you send us
Comments under articles, questions you put to the AI box, ideas you send for a critique, files you upload into an app: all of it stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
- It must be lawful, must not infringe anyone else's rights, and must not be spam.
- A published comment appears on a public page with the name you chose. You grant us the right to display it there.
- We can remove or hide anything inappropriate without notice.
- You can ask us to delete what you sent, at any time, through the contact route at the bottom of this page.
Files uploaded into an analysis app. Some apps compute entirely in your browser and the file never leaves your machine. Any app that works that way says so on its own page.
Intellectual property
The articles, images, documents, and pages here are our own work. Read them, cite them, and share the links freely. Copying a whole piece elsewhere, or reselling it, is not allowed.
- Quoting part of it with a link back needs no permission. Go ahead.
- Code samples inside articles are yours to use, in personal and commercial work alike.
- Code in our public repositories is governed by the licence shipped with that repository, not by this page.
- Do not run scrapers or crawlers over the whole site. The rules for bots live in
robots.txtandllms.txt.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the service for anything unlawful
- attempt to break into, flood, or otherwise disrupt the site
- guess links or keys to reach something that was not opened to you
- impersonate someone else, or use bots to fill in forms
- hammer endpoints hard enough to affect other people using them
Suspending access
If any of the above happens, we can withdraw access, delete content, or block use of the site. Where the breach is serious we can do it immediately and without notice.
You can walk away just as freely: unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or simply stop using it.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or never goes down.
The part worth reading properly. The analysis tools here produce results from the data you put in. Those results are input to a decision, not business, financial, legal, or accounting advice. You make the decision, and the outcome sits with you.
Blog articles describe what we actually did, in our context. Yours may differ, and applying the same steps may not produce the same result.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost business opportunity, or loss arising from applying this content or these results to real work, as far as Thai law permits liability to be limited.
Paid services
Everything on this site is free to use today. Nothing is sold here and no payment is taken through the site.
When a paid service does start, terms for pricing, payment, refunds, and receipts will be added to this page or published with that service, and announced beforehand. Nothing that is free today will be billed retroactively.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The last-updated date is at the top of this page. If something material changes we will say so by email to subscribers or by a notice on the site, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
