How long is the training and where is it held?
The course starts at one full day, held at your office or online. Training days are Saturdays and Sundays, with some Fridays available. An Advanced day can be added for teams that want to reach the level of building their own automation. There is a self-paced prep module before the live day, and content and timing adapt to your team size.
What does the team need to prepare?
Just a computer and a ready account. We provide a guide and short videos to install Claude Desktop and set up security in advance, then check readiness before the training day.
Is our accounting data safe?
From the start the course covers what data can be used, what must be masked, and how to configure things so data does not leak, on a PDPA-compliant workflow.
Does it work with the accounting software we already use?
Yes. The focus is extracting and shaping data into a form ready to import into the accounting software your organization actually uses. We tailor the examples to your work and systems.
Is there an Advanced course, and what does it cover?
Yes, a second day on top of Core for teams that want to build their own automation. It covers advanced Skills (sub-agents and Skills within Skills), AI agent design principles, scheduled automation with Schedule and Routine, finance plugins, and building financial summary dashboards with Artifacts for overview and presentation. By the end, the team can design their own automated workflows.
Are there add-on services after the training?
