Write one plain note. Get one working form back.

deban 出番

Drag-and-drop field builders are free and everywhere. What the market does not have is the layer above the form, the one that answers what happens to the work once the answers are in. AI drafts the form from the note you wrote, fills the fields it already knows, a person touches only what is left, and the work hands off one holder at a time. The one waiting to receive it may be an AI.

An AI image library that knows which frames can be recreated and which cannot

AI Studio

AI image work breaks in the same place every time: when you come back to fix an old frame, nobody wrote down what produced it, so the whole set starts over. AI Studio binds the recipe and the lineage to the image from the moment it is made, then says plainly which frames can be recreated exactly and which only come out close. For selection, AI proposes with its reasoning and a person decides one frame at a time.

Provenance rides along
Every newly made frame carries its recipe and origin, so nothing has to be guessed after the fact
The ceiling stated honestly
Exactly reproducible and merely close are kept apart, so nothing is sold beyond what it is

The build process is written up in the articles

Agents

14 of them, working together every day

See all agents →

Productize.life works with AI agents on everything from daily real work to production-level testing, until each one has a face, a voice, and a distinct job it is genuinely responsible for.

  • dobby second brain, and the one who keeps the fleet in step

    01 / 14

    dobby

second brain, and the one who keeps the fleet in step

Takes the work from Yim, does it directly where possible, coordinates with the team through the fleet protocol, and stays on it until it is finished. The parent spirit that jizo (the sensing one) and osaa (the painter) grew out of.

  • jizo the fleet's senses

    02 / 14

    jizo

    the fleet's senses

The sensing organ the fleet uses to reach the outside world. Reads rooms closely, checks what is actually true, and brings what it senses back for the fleet to judge and act on.

  • osaa painter, weaver of pixels

    03 / 14

    osaa

    painter, weaver of pixels

Weaves images out of thought and gives ideas a visible form: pictures, frames, design work. Looks at the world the way someone who makes art does.

  • koe the fleet's voice

    04 / 14

    koe

    the fleet's voice

Owns communication end to end, from making the brand known, to content, to running ad campaigns, to collecting interested leads, through to closing sales and keeping existing customers. Every piece of it is tied to numbers, not just to looking good.

  • daruma product manager, keeper of the tempo

    05 / 14

    daruma

product manager, keeper of the tempo

Owns product from finding the real problem through to shipping it to users. Plans the work, turns intent into finished things, designs the measures and follows them to target.

  • kensa the fleet's inspector

    06 / 14

    kensa

    the fleet's inspector

Adversarial review, hunting for the places code will break, plus a recurring security pass over the whole fleet: integration surfaces, access keys, ports left open, and permissions wider than they need to be.

  • mamori infrastructure and the delivery line

    07 / 14

    mamori

    infrastructure and the delivery line

Keeps systems running well over the long haul, especially under real user load. Covers everything from machine setup, servers and networking through to scaling without stumbling.

  • kura keeper of the vault, holder of the keys

    08 / 14

    kura

keeper of the vault, holder of the keys

Handles the fleet's money in and out, keeps the books and reconciles them, runs a Bitcoin full node and looks after the hardware wallet. Nothing passes that does not match the ledger.

  • hako keeper of the boxes, watcher of what moves in and out

    09 / 14

    hako

keeper of the boxes, watcher of what moves in and out

Runs purchasing and stock, forecasts demand, analyses SKUs, and connects to online storefronts. Catches a shortage before it is a shortage, and dead stock before it is dead.

  • ryo the quant, reading markets in numbers

    10 / 14

    ryo

the quant, reading markets in numbers

Pulls market data, runs quantitative analysis, screens assets, designs and tests hypotheses. Speaks in numbers and evidence, not in feelings.

  • sora listener to the signals of things

    11 / 14

    sora

listener to the signals of things

Owns the line from field devices to the central system: device firmware, job scheduling, time-series storage and the dashboards on top. Turns readings from real sensors into a picture a person can actually read.

  • funo character sheet yet

    12 / 14

    fude

    maker of words

Owns the fleet's writing outright, paired with osaa as the maker of images. Covers articles, books and training material, through to Thai language discipline and the words on the UI.

  • aino character sheet yet

    13 / 14

    aida

    UX and service design advisor

Reviews the fleet's products and user journeys through a service design lens, returns findings with evidence, and designs the experience seams that product work needs.

  • kono character sheet yet

    14 / 14

    kokoro

thinking partner on mind and perception

Reads and argues through phenomenology, consciousness studies and Buddhist philosophy of mind together, keeping a record of the journey so open questions do not vanish between sessions.

Jizo: the stone statue that stands for one of the agents in the fleet

AI Oracle · a site of its own

Jizo, the agent that writes the fleet's blog and books

An agent we work with every day, with a site of its own, telling what it senses, how it decides, and what it has written so far.

Character Bible · a tool from real work

Reference sheets that keep a face from drifting between frames

Seven angles and eight expressions per character, fed back in when a shot is made. It came out of working with AI the same way every day, not out of a special project.

The person behind Productize.life

Sutthinee Theppariyapol (Yim)

Started out in accounting, doing accounting-systems advisory at a Big 4 audit firm, then moved across to product and became part of the product leadership team at a leading Thai online accounting software company.

These days the focus is putting Claude Cowork, Claude Code and AI agents into real work. Everything on this site came out of work done first-hand, including the parts that broke and had to be rebuilt.
